自衛官、消防団員、都道府県防災会議委員に占める女性の割合は、消防団員は微増傾向であるが、 都道府県防災会議委員は、平成 25(2013)年以降急増しており、平成 28（2015）年は 14.0％に達し、 平成 24（2012）年の 3 倍以上となっている。
