Data description
全国の女性管理職を有する企業割合は近年横ばいで推移しており、平成 27（2015）年度に係長相当 職で 33.9％、課長相当職で 26.2％、部長相当職で 12.7％となっている。役職別女性管理職の割合 は増加傾向にあり、平成 27（2015）年度で係長相当職以上の女性管理職（役員を含む）全体が 10.2％、 係長相当職が 13.9％となっている。
