Data description
男性の育児休業取得にあたっての課題として、「代替要員の確保」（73.0％）と最も多く、次いで「男 性自身に育児休業を取る意識がない」が 46.2％、「休業中の賃金補償」（38.5％）となっている。ま た、男性の育児休業取得促進による効果は、「従業員の労働意欲が向上した」が 7.4％、「特に目立 った効果はなかった」が 61.5％となっている。
