第二期東京デジタルファースト推進計画策定に向けた検討のため、行政サービスに対する都民の実感・意識・ニーズ等を調査しました。
調査は、直近3年間で都内で行政サービス・手続を利用したことがある都内在住の方（n=521）を対象に、インターネットで実施しました。
