【東京都水道局】水道事業に対するお客さま満足度調査報告書がまとまりました。
Data description
水の飲み方別に、飲み水としての水質の満足度をみると、「そのまま飲む」人の《満足》が64.1％と最も高く、次いで「浄水器を通して飲む」人（43.3％）となっている。「水道水は飲まず、ボトルウォーターを飲む」人の《満足》は18.7％と低く、逆に《不満》が32.9％と《満足》を14.2ポイント上回った。
