【東京都水道局】水道事業に対するお客さま満足度調査報告書がまとまりました。
Data description
性別では、女性の方が男性より高い数値を示すものが多くみられる。特に、「震災対策への取組」は女性（70.3％）の方が男性（60.4％）より9.9ポイント、「安全でおいしい水への取組」は、女性（66.3％）の方が男性（56.7％）より9.6ポイント高くなっている。また、「環境への取組」についても女性（32.9％）の方が男性（26.9％）よりも 6.0 ポイント高く、「水源や水道水の水質検査の結果」でも女性（64.7％）の方が男性（61.1％）より 3.6 ポイント高くなっている。
