１．「相談前救急要請」とは、利用者の要請や聴取内容等に応じて、救急相談を担当する看護師に電話を接続する前に救急要請に至った件数を表します。
２．「かけ直し依頼」とは、救急相談を担当する看護師が相談対応中のため、新たな相談に対応することができないことから、利用者に対してかけ直すように依頼した件数を表します。
