都の女性管理職を有する事業所割合は、平成 28（2016）年度に係長相当職で 51.7％、課長相当職で 49.8％、部長相当職で 33.1％、役員相当職で 28.6％となっている。役職別女性管理職の割合は、平 成 28（2016）年度で係長相当職が 23.6％、課長相当職が 9.3％、部長相当職が 4.5％、役員が 8.0％ となっている。
