東京都配偶者暴力相談支援センターにおける平成 26（2014）年度の相談からみた被害者の性別は、 女性が 98.7％を占めている。女性被害者の年齢は 40 歳代が最も多く、24.6％となっている。女性 被害者の加害者との関係では、「婚姻届出あり」が 82.4％を占めている。
