都の平成 27（2015）年度の女性の育児休業取得率は 94.1％であるが、配偶者が出産した男性の育児 休業取得率は 7.4％と少ない。国は、男性の育児休業取得率を平成 32（2020）年に 13％とすること を目標として掲げている。
