Data description
生活保護を受ける高齢者単身世帯数をみると、男女とも毎年増加している（女性は平成 17（2005） 年に定義を変更）。平成 27（2015）年の生活保護を受ける高齢者単身世帯数は、男性が 34.2 万世帯、 女性が 38.4 万世帯となっている。
