従業員の育児休業取得とその後の働き方について望ましいものとしては、「長期の育児休業を取得 し、子育てが落ち着いてから職場復帰する」が 32.7％で最も多く、次いで「できる限り育児休業期 間を短くして早めに職場復帰し、短時間勤務等、両立支援制度を使いながら働く」（29.8％）、「短期 の育児休業を取得した後、休業前と同様に働く」（11.6％）となっている。
