年齢階級別の非正社員の比率は、女性、男性ともにほぼ横ばいで推移している。平成 27（2015）年 平均では、女性は全ての年齢階級で 40％以上が非正社員となっている。一方、男性の 35～54 歳で は非正社員比率は 10％未満となっている。
