一般労働者と短時間労働者との間の 1 時間あたり平均所定内給与額の格差は、全国より都の方が大 きい。1 時間あたり平均所定内給与額の推移をみると、ほぼ横ばいである。また、男女それぞれの 格差を比較すると、都・全国ともに女性より男性の格差が大きくなっている。
