都職員に占める女性の割合を階層別にみると、増加傾向にある。平成 28（2016）年は、管理職では 参事（部長級）が 13.7％、副参事（課長級）が 21.7％、主事では課長代理級が 31.9％、主任・そ の他が 43.3％となっている。
