○ 非常時優先業務を特定するため、全ての業務を洗い出し、下記の評価基準に基 づいて、都民の生命・生活及び財産の保護または首都東京の都市機能の維持への 影響度を評価し、継続すべき業務の選定を行った。 ○ 総業務数 2,884 のうち、非常時優先業務数（下表のＡ、Ｂ、Ｃ）は 1,061 業務 であり、このうち、優先すべき通常業務数は 224、応急復旧業務数は 837 である。
