Data description
○ 多摩の 2 市（東久留米市、稲城市）の管轄人口は、それぞれ広域化目標規模 である３０万人に満たない（表４）。○ 2 市とも、都に消防事務を委託している 3 ないし４の市と隣接しており、相互に迅速な部隊投入が可能である。（表４）。
