○ 国土交通省は、洪水予報河川以外の河川のうち、洪水により相当な被害を生ず るおそれがある河川を指定し（水位周知河川）、避難判断水位に達した場合は直 ちに最新の水防計画に定める水防関係機関にその旨を通知する。
